I was disappointed by the lack of proper service during dinner. the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. The family room we initially received had issues, including the absence of complimentary bottled water and noticeable mold on the walls. the noise from the entrance made it uncomfortable to relax, especially as there were people coming and going frequently.

The heating didn't work, but the room was really cozy and nice.

The showerhead in the bathroom was bizarre, with a design that made taking a normal shower nearly impossible. The building had an older vibe that didn't match expectations for an Ibis brand hotel, adding a touch of disappointment to the overall feel.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Kampinoski National Park, enjoying walks and some cycling. The hotel is nice, offers billiards, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good, and dinner was freshly cooked. The location is excellent for a group getaway!

during my stay, I found the family room quiet and clean with super comfy beds, and the restaurant served delicious meals, especially breakfast, which had a fantastic variety of freshly cooked dishes that really set me up for a day of walking to nearby attractions like the beautiful Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, just around 4 kilometers away, and enjoying the greenery at Park Wodny Moczydlo, which is almost 7 kilometers from the hotel.
